Free Of Charge Problem Diagnosis

When the diagnosis of hardware problems takes place in the company’s offices (100 Arapaki street – Kallithea) it is free of charge when your computer can be repaired and if it is repaired by our laboratory . * In this case, our technician – always – informs the customer about the cost of repair (work + spare parts) before repairing the PC.  In case that the cost of the repair is considered inadvisable, we propose suitable solutions to the client, always having his best interest in mind.

* Clarifications:
1. The proper diagnosis of a hardware problem and the proper functioning of a laptop often requires the re-installation of the operating system (Windows). In these cases the installation is charged according to our price list only if the problem is solved.
2. If the computer is not repaired for any reason, the minimum diagnostic cost is 15 € + VAT.
